Program is tax-exempt as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.
As funds are made available we send framed picture and story to churches, detention centers, foster homes, jails, juvenile halls, libraries, schools, youth facilities, and work camps throughout the United States.
